How we helped
Enviroscope carried out a BS 5837 tree survey of a single mature black poplar growing close to The Florence Institute. We worked with the design team to look at how best to retain the tree in the setting. We also we advised on tree protection during construction.
With detailed assessment of the tree’s value and condition, and knowledge on managing trees growing close to buildings, we were able to provide a strategy tailored to the unique challenges of the location in order to retain the tree. We also advised on how the tree’s form should be managed to develop its future shape and vitality, within the setting.
